Apartment Building
Five-storey apartment building using CLT construction methods. This landmark project demonstrates how mass timber can compete with concrete in mid-rise construction while achieving superior environmental performance.
Norway — Developer project
7 private homes in Norway
A private house village consisting of 7 two-story private houses in Norway.
Norway — Developer project
4 two-story apartment buildings in Norway
The project includes two buildings of different designs – two buildings with a floor area of 470 m2 each and two buildings with an area of 630 m2. The roof structure of the buildings is made of wooden trusses. The supporting structure of the balcony is made of glued beams. Horizontal boards are used for the facade decoration. The wall panels are delivered with windows already installed in the factory.

Organizējot darbus paralēli, tiek panākts īsāks būvniecības cikls un ēka jau projektēšanas stadijā tika piemērota rūpnieciskai ražošanai. Sienas un pārsegumi projektēti maksimāli lielos izmēros un maksimāli pabeigti jau ražotnē. Elementu ražošana notika paralēli pamatu izbūvei objektā. Paneļi objektā tika montēti tieši no kravas auto, lai nenoslogotu būvlaukuma noliktavas un optimāli izmantotu celtņa laiku. Montāžas darbiem secīgi sekoja iekšdarbu brigāde – kamēr ZTC montēja jau ēkas trešo korpusu, tikmēr pirmajā korpusā tika veikti iekšdarbi.
Sweden — Developer project
Insulated building facade panels or infill panels apartment building in Sweden
ZTC panels were manufactured from vapor barrier to wind insulation board, which used cement fiber boards. In the factory, aluminum frame windows supplied by the customer were installed in non-standard height panels (3.3m). Before starting production, a demo panel was created and installed on the construction site to test the compliance and compatibility of all solutions.
