Two floor houses of 94 m² of inside floor area. Two houses of this model built on the lakeside in Sonnarp in traditional Swedish vertical board red and grey painted facades. The ground floor of 48 m² has two bedrooms and a living room. First floor has a large living room with a kitchen niche with doors to the balcony, as well as one bedroom, hall bathroom and sauna.

Scope of ZTC work on the prefab wood house
ZTC prepared the technical project for wooden constructions of the prefab wood house, produced the construction elements (panels and other elements), organized transportation. A team of ZTC workers assembled the building on site, did roofing works and did exterior finishing works.

Laying of foundation, interior engineering communications (piping, wiring) and interior finishing was organized by the client.
