Zemgales Tehnoloģiskais centrs Ltd. (ZTC) has been in the business of design, manufacture and construction of high quality wood houses since the company was founded in 1991. The company started off by producing small milled log houses, but today focuses on prefabricated timber frame and CLT houses.
You can find ZTC wood houses across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, The Netherlands, France, Switzerland and other European countries as well as in all parts of Latvia. ZTC house construction plans are developed in SEMA software and produced on “Hundegger” CNC cutters, „Randek bautech” machinery and Swiss Isofloc industrial insulation system to provide highest quality. Standard building kits for ZTC projects is outside finished. It includes:
- Assembled building constructions (wall, floor and roof panels, facade siding);
- Thermal and other insulation materials;
- Roofing material;
- Rain gutters and window sills;
- Wood windows and doors;
- Transportation and assembling.
