Hillside house overlooking Oslo fjord, Norway (+reference)

Area: 200 m2
A private house project overlooking Oslofjord, Norway wit total area 200m2. Nature and people friendly materials used as much as possible with façade made of Siberian larch without treatment, wooden windows with extra energy-efficient panes, interior finishing with natural wood and wooden-fibre wool for thermal insulation.The house has several balconies and outside stairs to let the owner enjoy the view of Oslofjord as much as possible.

Scope of ZTC work on the prefab wood house
Firstly, ZTC prepared the technical project for wooden constructions of the prefab wood house. Secondly, we produced the construction elements (panels and other elements), organized transportation. Finally, a team of ZTC workers assembled the building on site, did roofing works and did exterior finishing works.

Laying of foundation, interior engineering communications (piping, wiring) and interior finishing was oorganized by the client.
