A highly energy efficient and ecological two floor building for a family. House is 270 m2 floor space and 7 rooms. The ground floor houses a spacious living room that will fit family gatherings, kitchen, guest bedroom, office, a sun room, a bathroom and a service room. On the first floor is the master bedroom with a balcony, walk-in-closet and a bathroom, three bedrooms and a bathroom. The house also has a spacios partially roofed terrace of 42 m2, a garage with a storage room and workshop of 38 m2 total and a 16 m2 balcony adjacent to the master bedroom.

Firstly the facade wooden board siding of this ecological house was painted with “Biopin” paint which is made of natural oils. Facade siding is done in larch wood boards that justifies its cost compared to usual pine or spruce wood boards with its longevity. Thus requiring maintenance work after a longer time. Secondly cellulose and wood fibre wool are used for insulation. “Nibe” brand heat pump provides for underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiator heating on the first floor. Thirdly roofing is done with clay tiles. Sewage is treated with a biological treatment equipment. The indoor environment is regulated by mechanical ventilation with heat recovery. It saves up to 90% of energy consumption for heating.

Scope of ZTC work

ZTC provided full scope of construction works – foundation works, masonry works, the design, production, transportation and installation of wooden elements. Also was provided installation of doors and windows and roofing works, interior finishing works.
