The ZTC team has completed a premium four-apartment complex that stands out for its intricate technical solutions and aesthetically refined design. The two-story buildings have a total area of approximately 1,500 m² and are designed to ensure maximum comfort and functionality.
The buildings feature floating floor systems and double suspended ceilings, ensuring excellent sound insulation and fire safety. High ceilings on the second floor add an extra sense of spaciousness and elegance. The facades are built with a ventilated plaster system, ensuring durability and optimal moisture regulation. The complex’s particularly intricate roof structures were implemented using panel systems and laminated timber constructions to withstand increased loads.
All four buildings are connected by an extensive underground parking area, providing convenient transportation access and added functionality. Additionally, elevators are integrated into the design, seamlessly connecting the two-story spaces.
The construction process presented several challenges, including limited construction site space, difficult access, and the need for high-capacity equipment.
Thanks to meticulous planning and a skilled team, the project used a 90-ton crane to install pre-fabricated panels that already included plaster and gypsum board finishes.
The result is an exceptional example of blending aesthetics with functionality while overcoming complex technical challenges.
ZTC scope of work
Zemgale Technological Center designed the wooden structures of the house, manufactured the building structures and elements of the house, organized transportation to the site. ZTC employees assembled the house on site.
