ZTC has started work on a new project in Norway, 200 m2 large house "Hovdens vei 19". ZTC will finish house production till the end of April and will start the construction work in May. The elevation for house is made from rough larch planks. And after time it will give old-age and profoundness taste for the house.
This house is unique with its location. "Hovdens vei 19" will be partly built into the rock and the second-floor construction will be build over the precipice. The house owners can enjoy the beautiful view from the roof terrace.

ZTC has successfully completed work in Switzerland on the houses A, B, C, D and E. Customers are satisfied with the quality of our work. In Switzerland ZTC began to build housing complexes at 2010. The complex was built in two three-story wood frame houses with 12 apartments and three three-story houses with 3 apartments. We are satisfied that the work was done very well. The plaster wall panels, with built-rulo windows and shutters, interior and exterior window sills, built-in channels were prepared in the ZTC factory. This ensured a quickly assembling on a building site. The customers appreciated the quality of ZTC work and are satisfied with our flexible approach and new solutions that we offered. ZTC have finished work on the project in Norway "Oksval Terrasse". Our client Funksjonell AS is pleased with accomplished work and wants to continue successful cooperation. 4 houses were built in a quiet area, in very attractive location, on the peninsula, with views across the fjord to Oslo city. Houses layout is thought out and comfortable, the accent of the facade is placed on horizontal lines, which colored, profiled siding perfectly illustrates.

Norwegian specialists conducted a building tightness test in Oksval Terrasse project, the results exceeded the Norwegian norms 2.5 h-1.

ZTC has assembled all 4 houses in "Oksval terasse” project, Norway. We are finishing roof covering work and will continue with interior finish. Houses are situated not far from Oslo.
 There are foreseen 13 different apartments - 88 m2 and 63 m2. The apartments will be located on two floors, on the ground floor are planned bedrooms and on the second floor - living room and kitchen. There will be wide terraces overlooking the sea and the city of Oslo on the roof of each house.

Ltd ZTC is currently working on a new project “Sundial”. We are developing energy effective house which can be 60m2, 120m2, 150m2 and 200m2 large. Consequently, this design house will be suitable for one person or a big family. The planning of the house is thought-out to be as functional and comfortable as possible. House will be light due to the large windows. The house is designed as a smart house. We are open for cooperation with companies which offer innovative technologies. |
