Individual design family house in Latvia. 280 m2 large two storey house for family with 3 children. Customers main wish was to use ecological materials and think about energy saving.
There is living room with outside terrace, kitchen, guest bedroom, winter garden on the ground floor and 4 bedrooms on the first floor of the house.
House is painted with "Biopin" colors, made on natural oil bases.
Outside finishing boards are produced from larch wood. It has longer life without extra treatment then pine or spruce.
The house has eco wool heat insulation, roof covering material - ceramic tiles. House is heated by Nibe ground source heat pump. There are heated floors on the ground floor and radiators on first floor. Waste water is treated by biological purification plant.
Microclimate is regulated by recuperation system. House owner is supporting "green" life stile and built house with care about nature and environment. |
