| ZTC houses meet the requirements of passive house concept | 15.06.2010 |

Norwegian specialists conducted a building tightness test for two apartments in Hjertebakken project, the results exceeded the Norwegian norms 2.5 h-1.
Building tightness results were - 0.4 h-1 (norm -2.5) in one apartment and 0.35 h-1 (norm - 2.5) in the second apartment.

We continue co-operation with Norwegian partners and have started work at house complex for 8 families. Houses will be built for people with health problems. There are foreseen two semidetached houses, one house for 4 families and one for staff who look after people with special needs. This house is foreseen as activity centre as well.
