The Technological Centre of Zemgale manufactures wooden construction houses in Latvia since 1991. There were built small size split log houses in the beginning, but at the moment the main activity is manufacturing of wooden panel houses.

ZTC celebrated 20 year Anniversary on 20th of August 2011. We can surely say that we give at least 20 year guarantee  to our houses. We are able to provide quality!

You can find houses built by the ZTC in all regions of Latvia, as well as in Germany, Sweden, Denmark, France, the Netherlands and England. 

Quality of the ZTC work can be evaluated in the National Opera of Latvia, for which the ZTC manufactured and laid the parquet floor.

Projects of the ZTC houses are developed within the framework of the construction program SEMA and the houses are manufactured on the workbenches of the Swedish company “Randek Bautech”.

The basic principle of our work is an individual approach to every customer and particular place.

The customer can order a house according to his architecture project, work out a new design with architects who work for the ZTC or select one of the ZTC serial house projects. Even in the latter case it is possible to change planning of the house and finishing materials according to his desire or needs.
